Joe Callow has represented clients in more than 20 class action and MDL cases primarily involving securities, ERISA, antitrust, and general corporate and business-related claims.  He also has experience in copyright infringement and intellectual property litigation; False Claims Act and qui tam litigation; product liability/tort litigation and multiple case management and oversight; and constitutional law.  Mr. Callow has represented Cincom Systems, Inc., Fifth Third Bank, LSI Industries, and other clients in litigation matters on a local, regional and national basis.  He has also represented Fifth Third Securities, Inc., Great American Advisors, and other clients in FINRA and AAA securities arbitrations.

Richard L. Creighton, Jr., Partner, Litigation
Rich Creighton is a trial attorney. His practice is concentrated in general civil litigation, with particular emphasis on complex business, antitrust, and tort litigation, including class actions. In recent years, he has served as lead class counsel in several class action cases, including antitrust price-fixing cases.  In the business law arena, he has successfully represented a wide variety of clients in contract and/or fraud cases. Mr. Creighton is also recognized for his experience in counseling clients and serving as trial counsel in matters involving libel, invasion of privacy, and other First Amendment issues. A licensed instrument rated private pilot, he has successfully represented numerous clients in aviation related matters, including aviation crash cases and administrative proceedings before the Federal Aviation Administration.

Michael L. Scheier, Partner & Practice Group Leader, Litigation
Mike Scheier is co-chair of the Litigation Practice Group at Keating Muething & Klekamp.  Mr. Scheier’s practice is concentrated in the areas of complex banking and creditor’s rights disputes, bankruptcy related litigation, complex commercial disputes, and mass tort bankruptcy proceedings. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions and corporate clients in a wide range of matters including banking fraud, lender liability, UCC Article 3 and 4 litigation, insolvency litigation and general enforcement of creditors’ rights. He regularly appears in federal and state trial and appellate courts around the country.

Joseph L. Trauth, Jr., Partner, Litigation
Joe Trauth's practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, zoning and planning law, and real estate law. He has been extremely successful in major rezoning for local and national clients and in obtaining real estate property tax reductions for major commercial properties in this region. He also has handled major eminent domain cases and construction cases.  From 1967-1969, Joe served in the United States Peace Corps in Western Samoa as Assistant to the Director of Economic Development, and from 1971-1973, he served as an Assistant to United States Congressman W. J. Keating.

David T. Bules, Associate, Litigation
David Bules' practice is concentrated in the area of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on ERISA litigation defense and class actions.  He has experience defending clients in various types of complex ERISA litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, ERISA "stock drop" claims, and prohibited transaction claims.  Mr. Bules has also represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes, including financial services litigation and other complex commercial litigation.

Amber Justice-Manning, Associate, Litigation
Amber Justice-Manning's practice is concentrated in general civil litigation, with particular emphasis on complex commercial litigation, including ERISA defense and class actions. She has experience in various types of ERISA litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, ERISA stock drop claims, and prohibited transaction claims. She also has experience in financial services litigation, construction litigation, False Claims Act and qui tam litigation, defamation and Lanham Act litigation, and personal injury litigation. Ms. Justice-Manning has litigation experience in both federal and state courts throughout the country, including Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan, Oregon and Tennessee.

Brian P. Muething, Associate, Litigation
Brian Muething's practice is primarily concentrated in the litigation and bankruptcy and reorganization areas. He has represented public and private companies in a range of matters in state and federal court, as well as commercial arbitrations. Mr. Muething has represented multiple firm clients in class action matters. In bankruptcy courts, he has represented numerous firm clients including financial institutions, insurance companies, landlords, and a court-appointed creditor representative in a mass tort bankruptcy.
